Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. We operate a private reference. We cannot retrieve or certify a record, verify who lives at an address, or change a public roll. Direct those requests to the office that holds the record. For an emergency, call 911. If you are being stalked or harassed, contact local police.
Looking for a Specific Record?
Use the official route that matches the record. Street and parcel research belongs with the assessor and Registry. Older household work is best started with Beebe Library. A name that needs cross-checking can use the Resident Lookup path, while records not posted online may be requested from the Town's Records Access Officer.
- Street or parcel question: use the Wakefield Streets route.
- Past directory or household research: use Wakefield City Directory collections.
- One named person: use the Wakefield Resident Lookup route.
- Town record request: submit the Wakefield public-records request form to the RAO.
